1. Is my online purchase secure?
Yes, all online transactions through the Solana Beach Foundation for Learning website are secure.
2. Will my credit card information be secure at the event?
Yes. We will reconfirm the credit card information (type and last 4 digits) used during the event Registration. SBFL staff will securely process all payments.
3. What should I wear?
This will be a relaxing evening with friends so a dress or business casual attire is appropriate. The Lomas Santa Fe Country Club does have a dress code stating that denim is not permitted.
4. What sorts of payments will you accept the night of the event?
You will be asked to provide your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card upon check-in. You will use your assigned Bidder Number to purchase items throughout the evening. You may pay for items with your pre-swiped credit card for a quicker checkout, or you may use check or cash.
5. What about parking?
Free parking will be available at the club.
6. How late can I arrive?
You may arrive as late as you wish.
7. Will I receive tickets to the gala?
No, your name will be entered onto a registration log for the evening’s check-in.
9. When will I receive Bidder Number?
Your Bidder Number will be assigned to you at Check In.
